Open Houses And Showings Under COVID-19

We at Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty (YHSGR) do not hold “traditional” open houses or showings that are open to the general public on a walk-in basis. This means that appointments need to be made in advance and not at the location of the showing. In other words, this is a showing, not an open house in the traditional sense.
YHSGR use an appointment or digital sign-in process to control the number of people at the house. If your city or county in which your house is located has an order with a more restrictive standard on real estate activities, those guidelines will still govern the activities when we get your home sold. In other words, if there is a more restrictive local order, it must still be followed.
Because your safety is important to us:
We Do not hold “traditional” open houses or showings that are open to the general public on a walk-in basis. Use an appointment or digital sign-in process to control the number of people at the house. Only one “buying party” in the home at the same time.
One (1) showing occur at any given time and that the Property be sanitized before and after.
Have Masks, Face Coverings on. Extra miles we do: Shoe cover and gloves for Buyer’s Agents and make sure they will only be the one to do the touching if necessary.
Have all visitors sanitize their hands before coming in the property
Have Sanitizing wipes handy to wipe out common touch area, like handles, door knobs, work stations, etc per showing.
Have Poster of CDC guidelines for showings
One group at a time, clients and agent
Have a list of confirmed appointment sheet handy for all showings and signed PEAD V to confirm appointments.
Showing Instruction on MLS: Appointment only confirmed after signed PEAD V received.
Have designated entrance and exit at Tour of home.
Sanitize your hands frequently at the Tour of Homes and don’t touch your face, eyes or mouth.
Sanitize owner’s property after all showings and before leaving the property.
